That's why my mom(5+ year customer) switched her bank.
Guys Don't bank with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad people working in this bank here.The bank associates behave like gundas here.They don't know about any current banking information well and you will be asked to come hundred times here because they just don't know to manage anything properly.Even if there's no customers,they will make you wait here and they will be talking on phone or doing other activities.A strict action has to be taken for harassing customers here.Theres an associate named Tara who thinks she's the boss of customers and takes her own time and doesn't even know about banking information where I was troubled to get the work done .Keep an eye on these reviews and forward them to the concerned aithoruty to take strict action on these bank bullies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gunda bank of mahim..customers wear mask but the whole staff including abm roams freely without mask putting eveeyones life at risk.The current abm is Mr.Bala as of 2021 who doesn't know how to speak or treat customers.He keeps saying he's busy come tomorrow and gets away with his responsibility.Why is he even working for the bank.He should open a wada pav stall with his behaviiur that's the perfect job for him.
