★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great people great banking. The staff and officer ready to solve every problem. The ambience is awesome and the behavior of all the bankers is superb. My suggestion is government should close all his nationalise banks specially SBI and Central bank.

Went their to check for insurance their they asking me what insurance I need that too from far is it my duty or they will explain me schemes & benefits

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience hectic service gave my KYC details in time but the bank did not submit it on time.... Got my account deactivated without proper prior intimation... And no signs of the demand draft for the pending amount in that account cannot even call the customer care because the ivr does not recognise my account number...
Branch manager insists on just calling the call centre even after visiting the branch physically...
Hoping for a better experience in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service of the staff is not at all up to par, seems like the staff is doing a favor on us the (account holder) by working there. At least show some attention to the customers by being helpful in solving the customers issue.☹
I urge all icici bank customer to put in some more cash and travel to the icici bandra branch (Waterfield road) for your work to be done. . It's much better customer service there.
