The building is old, but stay is decent considering the rooms. Food is vegetarian purely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay with lots of convenience around you and a friendly care taker. what more could you ask for! The security is pretty nice and the thing about security money is that you'll get it all when you leave. People are friendly here. Liked staying here.

Doesn't allow smoking or drinking + doesn't allow any female to enter even for assignments...... Of course they make it clear at time of joining. Very much transparent in financial dealing. I had to leave in evening time after completion of tenure.......... Couldn't inform owner abt leaving in advance. Told just 30 min before n next moment security was refunded with no questions asked .AMAZING ppl + Food cooked in own kitchen by 24 hrs in house cook... Will definitely come back for apprenticeship. Raj tells u GuruKripa .... U r really a GURU in Hospitality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, I'm Ankit Sharma, currently pursuing my law degree from Faculty of law, Delhi University. I graduated from St Stephens college in history. And during all these 6 years, I've been living in this pg which in more ways than one has been my home. It has really homely rooms with all the necessary amenities and the most caring and the sweetest caretaker/cook namely Sudhir Bhaiya, whose food would never make you crave for your home food. The owner is really understanding and genuinely cares for the well being of the occupants. The best part? The people inhabiting the pg. So, highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for 1 year during my studies at DU. Pros and Cons for this place are as follows
Pros
Low cost
prime location
basic amenities are nearby, like groceries, stationary, restaurants, barber etc.
Cons
very cheap quality food and tea.
drinking water is salty.
washroom water is hard water, not good for clothes, hair and skin.
Cleanliness is not good.
Hygiene is very poor, students are very likely to fall sick.
Surroundings are very noisy, hard to concentrate on studies.
Owner is a cheat, a fraud.
No issue is taken care of in proper time, like changing bulb, fixing broken water pipe, fixing burnt water geyser.
electricity charges are very high than usual.
Has fake reviews about the pg both on google maps and site.
owner will take money as soon as it is 1st of month and will never show up for any issues for the whole month.
On weekend, paneer is limited to one small bowl per person.
People smoke cigerattes and drink alcohol there, although it says no smoking.
Conclusion: If you don't want to go bald, fall sick to reduce kgs of weight, degrade your mental health, waste your money. There is always a better pg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unlike other pgs no show offs ,simple people and the best part FRESH AIR AND NATURAL SUNLIGHT ; their cook Sudhir ensured that homely cooked khichdi was served when my nephew had his stomach upset .
