Been thr done dat..... U understand what I mean..... Well maintained and smartly maintained..... Best place in 48 sector. Washroom and kitchen are attached to side room and separate entry. Best place for independent living.
But if you are living alone here and looking for tiffin service.... then that would be a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice place, the only freehold society in my knowledge, also the building is tallest amongst all the other nearby societies. The view at the terrace is jaw dropping, on a clear day after rain you get to see Shivalik Hills engulfing from left to right in an arc. Feels as if enveloped by the hills. The surrounding neighborhood is peaceful. The externals of the society, let's just say never judge a book by it's cover. Externals might fool you but the society itself and the internal structure is unparalleled. Wonderful place.
