★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed with their service. I booked a room through them just above their office. I gave 13000 INR as as a commission just for opening and showing me the room. In their office, mainly there are two people Raju and his brother, Yogi. Yogi says something. Raju says something else, and landlord, Kugan says something else. For eg: I got the room from 4th of the November and Yogi said to deduct 4 days from the rent , where as landlord said it is not possible and I had to pay full amount. Landlord took 50,000 INR as a deposit, which they told me in the beginning that landlord will be returning once (after deducing one month of rent from it). The only time I saw landlord was when he came to collect this money. This is the most irresponsible landlord I've ever seen. He never responds to any calls whenever I have a trouble in the flat. There is always water shortage during the summer, which the real estate people lied to me that there will not be any water problem.After my 8 months of stay, landlord Kugan asked to pay extra 10,000 INR to the advance amount as my two friends came to stay there temporarily as I was onsite. The landlord, he even threatened them that the the belongings will be thrown out of the building. I decided to quit the flat and in the end, even while giving back the remaining advance amount, after deduction of one month rent (which was 17000), they again deducted 1000 INR, saying that if there is any plumbing problem, they would need this as a deposit or else it will be credited back. Not to mention anything more, I am very very disappointed with their service - Very unprofessional indeed. These kind of real estate agents and landlords are such a disgrace to this city !!!
