★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All fake products and worst customer service, think twice before purchasing any item from here. The owner is very arrogant and they have all the fake products. i bought 4 system from them and in just 2-3 months all systems start getting some or other problem. When asked for the service in warranty he always revert that this problem is not covered under warranty and you have to pay extra, the fact of the matter is because none of the product is original there is no warranty even.
If you give any product for repairing they will replace the parts with fake products, i got 4 battery replaced in ups and in just 7 months 3 got dead again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the few Computer hardware shops available in BTM. They have a good collection of computer items like gaming devices, bluetooth headset, laptops etc. I do not have a great experience with the store, as they are not customer friendly and keeps the customer waiting outside of the store without addressing their concern.

There were minor issues which needed attention post purchase and not just were they attended to with patience but rectified to complete satisfaction. Talk about the support the team offers in solving your issues and i will give them full marks.
