β β β β β My laptop had stopped working. Had no clue as to why that happened. So I searched for a good service centre. Out of so many service centres, this particular centre piqued my interest as it had so many overwhelming reviews. Curious to see it for myself as to how good it is, decided to give a visit. RAJESH Sir, with a wide smile, asked me to come in. That one gesture makes you feel comfortable to start with. Then I gave him my laptop and told him what the issue was. He looked into it and along with starting to repair it, he started explaining what the problem was and also how to solve it, if it ever occurs again. Everything was done within 2-3 mins. Mind you he was already busy in repairing some other laptop while I arrived there. But he didn't make me wait. This kind of response is really impressive these days. I would sincerely recommend this place to everyone.

β β β β β I had called them to inquire about a hard disk repair, and person who picked up the call was such an amazing personality that i am extremely impressed by his customer oriented approach and his polite way of talking, and instead of trying to get me to spend or 'rob' me, he gave me better solutions and i hope more people do what he does everyday. β β β β β He is good technician and there are alot in all over the banglore. But I don't know in this metro city how this guy is maintaining such a honest and trustworthy behaviour. We need this kind of person in the world, Approach him without doubt, I can assure you either he will make your laptop or give you advice but he will definitely not cheat any customer.

β β β β β I got my ASUS laptop serviced by Rajesh Sir. I had no hope of it working again as water was spilt on it. Rajesh Sir kept me in the loop regularly, it needed parts that needed to imported. When I got back it truly was the same laptop. I am really grateful for Rajesh sir as a student I couldn't afford a new laptop. I would recommend anyone to Rajesh Sir as he stand behind his service and has delivered fantastically.

β β β β β Don't judge the shop it's state !
Went to Access Info Solutions after reviewing hundreds of 5 star reviews. The state of upkeep of the shop was not a welcome site, but 3 minutes in, Mr. Rajesh had identified the issue with my hard disk (7 years of use), gave a replacement option and in 45 min, my 7 year old laptop was fully functional and running like a new unit.
Rajesh was like a experienced doctor who could diagnose and treat you with the correct medicine. I found him friendly and honest and the charges for SSD and service charges were reasonable.
Overall extremely satisfied. He even called a day later to enquire about the computer and if I was facing any issues. ?

β β β β β Professional and decent service. You don't even have to visit this place to get your device repaired. Just talk to the guy, Dunzo the device and he will fix it and notify you to Dunzo it back. He will give you an expected repair cost after diagnosing the issue. Best part, no follow ups required. He makes sure to contact you providing regular updates.
Totally worth the money and time.

I found him knowledgeable and he has provided some useful recommendations. Overall satisfied and would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get their laptops serviced hasslefree and that too at a reasonable charge.
