★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Speed". Not only my 6 year old Asus laptop gave me after their service on 24th DEC 2021, but also it speaks about their attention to details. I wish they grow more, retaining the same quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm compelled to give such a negative review because the service engineer called Prince Literally tried to cheat me to an amount of 12,500 rupees by saying that the mouse pointer flickering issue that I had was because of a hardware issue with my touchscreen laptop and that it can only be fixed by a replacement. I requested him to check if there are any software fixes which can be done or maybe even do a windows reinstall to fix the problem but he was really adamant that it will not work. I was finally able to fix the issue with a simple windows reinstall and by disabling the touchscreen in device manager at zero cost. Such attempts to fleece customers is really pathetic, Bangalore is the silicon valley of India after all, everyone understands computers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go here, money minded people, after clearing errors, he is not telling the what was the issue, why these errors occurs, they will not give proper information, don't have proper knowledge.
Never ever visit this service centre.

Later charged me for reinstialling os..
But that's not what he said while giving laptop.
He says my problem can't be solved..

THEY GIVEN VERY FAST SERVICES LIKE WITHIN 1 DÀY.THEY PEOPLE DOESN'T CHEATING OR DOESN'T CHANGE THE PARTS AND I CHECKED THAT CCTV CAMERA ? FOR SECURITY AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION PURPOSE WORKING WITH CCTV.
