★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly built society in Sainath Nagar, Vadgaon Sheri. It has 2/3 bhk flats, lift is available. I found rooms to be compact and balcony is small too available with one room in 2 bhk flat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No option for Zero Rating otherwise i would have done that. Management in this society sucks. Thugs are running this place especially if you are a tenant here. Material used in construction is very cheap, no amenities and flats are over priced. Recommendation : If you are planning to live here on rent, please maintain maintenance receipts, online transaction records etc. for each and every payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice society with all the amenities and near to Ayappan Temple. The small Grocery Store is available for any urgent needs while the vegetable market and famous malls are pretty near. Though being in a congested area with not much good roadways, the PWC work is in progress. Hopefully in a couple of years it will have a good transportation routes. Summing all, Its a nice place to stay for a while for people coming from outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very narrow road makes it very difficult to reach this society. Society has a south west gate corner entrance, has multi-floor car parking, reasonably maintained, little play area outside the society. Near to Ayyappa temple makes this good for his devotees to live nearby the temple. Like most of the societies this too fell as prey into the network of illegal brokers, who charge even upto 1.5 rent for 11 months, and rent is being unreasonably hiked to that of more than US rates but with poor roads, environment and facility. Getting in and out of this Society is a big con of all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No option is available for 0 star else would have given. Very poor construction of flats. Forget about Buying any flat here, if you are even looking for rent, Builder/Owner will loot you. First, they will ask for whole money in cash through some agent not directly. Then, they will ask you for maintenance deposit and first month rent in cash. Once, you will be planning to leave flat.. they will first blame you for not maintaining the flat and bla bla.Then they will say that you were not paying rent in advance. So, last month rent will be cut from maintenance amount you( as you have given money in cash so no record). You will be chasing continuously for maintenance(deposit), but will not get more than 50 or 60% of amount.
This kind of Scam is going on here.
