★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the massive scale complex today. Made to make a entry in the register at the entrance. One has to get down from the vehicle. After a distance of approx 500 metres, the complex starts. Building A is the first, goes on in alphabetical order till N, I believe or much more. Parking for Visitors as told to me was at Building H. So if you need to go to M BUILDING, you need to park at H BUILDING and walk all the distance.
Security seemed good, was available at each building. Parking space seems sufficient.
Worrysome was huge clutter of stray dogs most of the places.
You need to walk or travel atleast 1 km from the building say M Building, to the main entrance, to manage your daily errands. No autos available inside the complex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOCATION IS GOOD BUT IT IS STINKING IN AIR WHILE YOU STAND THAT PREMISES, STAFF IS NOT TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY SPECIALLY MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT, THERE ARE MANY FINISHING MISTAKES WHICH WERE NOT EXPECTED VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. THINK 100TIMES BEFORE YOU BUY TAKE A LOOK AT THESE PHOTOS WHICH I UPLOADED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The builder and management is only supportive till you owe them thier share of money, you will witness sudden change in behaviour once the payment is done. The staff is worse and ignorant to any and all complains or request made to them.
Complex is filled with stray dogs and pigeons but they come 2nd in the list of harassment done to residents, Builder remains the first.
Do not go by any word or promises made by builder even if they give it in writing because they will not abide my them, to get your questions answered you can instead approach residents.
The 2 star rating is for the people residing in building who are co-operative and jubilant.

Builder is inhuman and created big problem for the flat buyers. New buyers don't go with the ad and sales gimmicks. Consult any of the existing residents of Marina Enclave before buying the flat.
To my surprise Gurukrupa blocked my from Twitter as he was not able to handle my twists

And please come and check ….
Builder is not bothered about this
And the biggest problem is that there are too many pseudo dog lovers who protect and feed these stray dogs…
Extremely unsafe for kids and senior citizens

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the coolest infrastructure in Malad/Kandivali region. Great amenities. Cozy environment and peaceful nights away from traffic noise.
Biggest drawback is presence of stray dogs in society. Their numbers are ever increasing and builder is not at all bothered about this. This is not at great as there has been rising incidents of stray dogs attack especially on kids.

All festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm. Also there is an International school at just 5 mins walking. No issue of water and maintenance is upto the standard.
Go for sea view or city view, both are amazing.
