★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wait for few years, The residents of this Apt Towers will enjoy the drive in through proposed Coastal road starting anywhere near from Sector 8 or Charkop Gaon linking Charkop to South Bombay. Commuting will be easier. I believe residents there should think of upmarket luxury lifestyle (this is why they bought in Rustomjee) and buy basics from e-shopping and also car pooling applications.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to live, though at the end of kandivili, quality of construction is not similar like other projects made by same builder, tiles in washroom are not properly fitted, may be it was given as job work to some contractors,
West open flats are breezy in rainy season, experience lonavala or mahabaleshwar like breeze during rainy season.
West open flats especially master bedroom and living room are quite hot in summer time,
Recently a beer shop is opened just opposite the building, good for those who consume and disliked by those who don't drink.
