★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed there for 8months and surprisingly absolutely dislike this housing society. I definitely will not recommend this at all. If you want to buy flat here, may be ok but don't select this society as a tenant.
Cons : society is Owner oriented, as a tenant you don't have right to speak how much trouble you have, you are added in the group but they only listen to the owners. Found male dominated society where all discussion happen around males, you can hardly see any female over there, Except two three people, found everyone so much attitude. Without AGM, anytime committee can increase the maintenance or water charge. DG doesn't work properly so got my appliances damaged due to severe powercut. Poor security guard, got my parcel stolen one day and also you need to wait to open the gate. Poor drainage system, always have a bad smell in your washroom how much freshner you can use. Not all cooperative people. The road out side of the gate have water flood if it's raining.
Pros : Near to Salt Lake (4-5km) and axis mall is also near. You can be yourself, no disturbance.
My owner was ok... Means thikthak. But I don't recommend this society.
