★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are looters with very poor services. They charge rs.2000 for simple usg which cost 750 to 1200 in best hospitals. Staf are also untrained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to visit Dr Srabani Chakrabarti due to urgent check on cough and cold issue for my 1 year old boy. We had to wait in the center for 2 hrs during this unprecedented covid 19 time . My boy was crying and hence dr was shouting to me /my spouse and was blaming us that she won't see him untill the boy ends crying. We tried to stop my kid but it won't help. Dr was seating idle and not listening anything from us about symtoms at all, she was not moving her position or not trying to see the boy at all. I think this dr is over qualified child specialist who does not have any courtesy to talk to small kid's at all.I think this doctor is constantly disrespectful of my time, this doctor is horrible and need more training in behavior and attitude. I won't suggest anyone to consult this doctor and health center at all. Please try different doctor.
