★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever service. Face tremendous difficulty for booking, sample collection and reports as well. Even I didn't get the report.
Booked sample collection on 28-10-2020. They said sample will be collected on 29-10-2020. It actually got collected on 30-10-2020 and that too in a much hurry.
No report came on 01-09-2020.
On 02-09-2020, after folllowups they said sample didn't produce any conclusive result and they need the sample again.
Today since last more than 2 hours I am following up for sample collection again but not getting any response for sample collection. Those who pickup the call give alternative numbers only and such alternative numbers are not responding at all.
Worst and
pathetic service ever seen. You cannot rely on them even at the cost of single penny.
I continuation to a above, got a call from them today evening and they asked patient to go to their center ( which is 16kms from my home) and give the samples again. They were not ready at all to come at home again for sample collection.
Nobody can remain surakshit at Suraksha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fortunately my RT-PCR sample collection got done peacefully at their Elgin center on 3rd May. More so, also received my test results in time on 5th May via email at around 2230hrs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Had gone for getting the Covid test done. One has to wait for atleast 2 hours , when asked , the security guard in charge of providing the form keeps changing the time as to when the covid testing would start.
One is assured that the Covid test report would be emailed in a day's time to the recipient email id and the hard copy can be recieved in 48 hours time. Already it's more than 60 hours and I still haven't got the online report. The Suraksha helpline never gets connected, whatsapp no. provided is of no use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I conducted my covid-19 test on 22/10/2020 and they promised to give the report within 48hrs. But its more than 72hrs and no email with my test result. Everytime when i called the customer care (most of the time they don't response and its keep ringing) they are saying its in processing and than they hang up. If you want to complain they will tell you to write an email to the higher authority but no respnse from them too. No response in whatsapp also. When will i get my report ? worst service, Fake promises. Will never recommend this diagnostic anymore. Fraud company.

Mr Gopal Naskar has collected the sample and it has been more than 100 hours we didn’t receive our Covid report.
Totally pathetic and disturbing, worst service too. We called up Mr Gopal multiple times and we have been given false hope every time that within few hours report will be ready.
PLZ PLZ PLZ DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE OR DO NOT CALL THEIR REPRESENTATIVES AT HOME!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is Most Disgusting Lab I have ever seen in my life, had done COVID test to catch an international flight, they committed with 24 - 48 hrs at the max , even after that much time , report didn’t come. No one pick the phone also and give updates.
Finally I had to cancel the flight and tested somewhere else
HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO TO THEM FOR ANY TEST
TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ILLITERATE. THEY DONT HAVE VALUE FOR OTHERS URGENCIES

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and great customer service. I got my mothers PCR test done for international travel. She got the result on time and she was in the airport getting are boarding pass when the agent told her that report did not have her passport number so they cannot ally her to travel. I called there customer service number they were so quick in response they updated the report with her passport number and send the report within 10min in email. This really saved our day. Thank you.
