★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SP Diagnostic is very prompt for the service for home collection and timely delivery the report and more over all the staffs are very cooperative and polite behaviour.
I am thankful to Dr. Panda for the help he provided during our need and always available whenever required thru phone, text or whatsapp.
I personally recommend SP Diagnostic & Polyclinic.

Firstly my blood collection time was 9 am On 15 Feb 2022. However no one turned up on time and there was no call for delay as well. Finally I had to call and then another person was arranged.
Secondly I had booked an USG for today .i.e. 16th Feb 2022. I was asked to come at 9 am but the Doctor had not arrived by even 10:10 am! Again no prior communication that the doctor might be late. Staffs were clueless! Finally I received a call around 10:45 am , but by then I had come home and
already booked my USG in Bhagirathi Neotia.
Doesn't matter how good your infrastructure,reports or Doctors are, if your timing and communication is not in sync,it's Kind of useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Bibekananda Panda and his diagnostic center SP Diagonistic has created a niche in Newtown Area where doctors are not available in emergency situations. Yesterday my neighbour, a patient of Syncop suddenly fell and got himself injured. I contacted Dr. Panda who extended necessary support.My sincere thanks to him and his team.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During recent Covid Phase 3 period, there was a requirement for doing RTPCR by doing home collection. During this time team from SP diagnostic has gone extra mile and visited my Home and done the testing.
Immediate responce is highly appreciated to the team from SP diagnostic.
Also i have done other routine testing and i got similar responce.
I personally convey my sincere thanks to them..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heard about SP Diagnostics from one of my friend. I stay in behala and I needed few tests urgentlylike d dimer, crp, il6 etc for few of my known Patients who were suffering from covid. I tried to get it done from few near by labs, none committed to give me reports on d same day. Then i called up SP Diagnostics just to take a chance and they not only responded well,i got the reports within evening. As a physician, i must recommend everyone to trust new labs like this for genuine service and reports.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sometime back when I had a medical need for my family, my neighbors recommended Dr. Vivek Panda to me. I immediately reached him and never had much anxiety throughout the recovery process. Regardless if it was morning or evening, he had always been a call away and very much approachable and supportive. For all the lab tests we used SP Diagnostics which happens to be owned by him too. The centre was quick to arrange home collections and provided test reports within a short span as well.
