★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hospital for maternity & child care in Kolkata. Outstanding service of all the staffs of every department & all the nurses of every shift. You can find more than 50 top notches & experienced Gynaecologists & Paediatricians here. The total cost of admission for 3days in this hospital is also reasonable. I gave birth my baby boy by NVD under Dr. Rupa Saran Ganguly, who is one of the top Obstetrician in Kolkata & well known for preferring NVD. I will highly recommend this hospital & the Doctor if anyone wants NVD over c-section.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely high wait time be it OPD or USG. When you come here be prepared to spend 2-3 hrs just waiting. The reception staff is completely unhelpful. Even after you come on time they will do the billing after an hour. As per them they have to manage 10-12 doctors so how can we expect billing to be done fast. They will give one time to n number of patients and surprisingly dont even do the billing on time. On one side they say they are taking all precautions for covid and don't allow visitors in rooms but ironically the OPD area is always over crowded. Surprising part is this is the complaint of maximum patients but no one from the administration seems to be bothered about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had great experience in this nursing home. Our family is vaccinated here for covid. Total procedure was very smooth as we expected. Location wise the care center is well positioned, very close to famous Biswabangla gate in New Town. Though we live in Baranagar, we choose to come here for both the doses. My sister live nearby this superspeciality hospital and she arranged for our visit there. My octogenarian mother also accompanied us both the time. We were charmed with the good attitude of the entire staff there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an awesome experience there. I stayed in single occupancy room , my husband was also there with me.Excellent customer service . Behaviour of everyone is so polite from Dr to house keeping staff . Food quality was also good. Only one suggestion ,there is no wall clock in the room . Please provide that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally had a great experience here at BNWC Newtown, Kolkata. My wife was admitted here in last month and we had our baby delivered under the guidance of Dr. Kavita Mandal and our paediatrician was Niloy Mitra. I must appreciate the hygiene maintained across the hospital. We had taken private room on 7th floor. Post delivery care taken by the round doctors, nurse and the staffs were superb, though my mother-in-law was there throughout with my wife. Food for the patient as well as the attender was of good quality and a complete meal. Regular follow up of round doctors, dieticians and even physiotheraphist. In the nursery also they took really food care of our baby and gave a detailed session about breast feeding, baby bath, handling the baby and all other necesaary tips and correct ways, which was very helpful. At the day of discharge they also gave us a gift hamper, that was quite a nice gesture. Now coming to billing and discharge procedure, i had an insurance and to settle and clear all the billing formality tooks around 4 to 5 hours thats as usual. Only thing which i didnt like was they handed me over a duplicate discharge billing summary instead of original one(God knows why..) Nevertheless the amount billled was the same as i was been informed earlier. They will also provide you a proabation Birth Certificate which you can later upload in NKDA site and generate a Birth Certficate for your baby. I will attach the process docs. Overall very much satisfied with the service. Much appreciated BNWC.
