We are from Bangladesh my patient name - Shova Haldar. Uhid Id - 22452. First visit HCG Borivali West Mumbai branch after that they will reference in HCG Kolkata. Dr. Chandrani and Dr. S.K Bala both are very good doctor, well behaved. Wasn't quite aware of this hospital initially, till one of the doctors from a nearby reputed hospital suggested to check with HCG for a follow-up treatment. Just one call to HCG and we had the appointment booked (for Dr.Aadil Adnan).Very prompt and it was followed up via a courtesy call closer to the date. The overall support extended by all the hospital employees at every stage was amazing and made us feel completely at ease and relaxed - much necessary for family members/patient's relatives during an on-going treatment.Must mention the names of two employees we primarily interacted while co-ordinating the treatment - Rabi and Preeti. They are extremely helpful and assist all visitors/patients' relatives in a very professional manner all the time.The auxilliary stuff - treatment plan,TPA formalities etc. were taken care of very well.It went a long way to ensure we had a stress-free experience. Dr.Adnan has been brilliant in every way (was kind of expected - he is one of the best doctors for Nuclear Medicine in India - as apparent from all the reviews)- the post-operation analysis was in-depth, the direction and the details of the treatment plan were clearly explained to us (including the consequences if there is a deviation).Best part is Dr. Adnan always ensures all the concerns/queries of the patient are precisely answered and explained. No disclaimers or default answers (as we faced with another doctor of Nuclear Medicine at a different hospital).No hurrying up or acting busy all the time - a trend we noticed at a cancer hospital nearby. His prescriptions are always very clear and records every bit of the treatment plan in detail. And we never believed a doctor's hand-written prescription can be so visually pleasing until we saw Dr. Adnan's prescription - possibly the most well-written, detailed and well-presented of them all. Overall an excellent experience and highly recommended in terms of all the major parameters we look in a hospital - doctors, employee behavior (at all levels),infrastructure and facilities (even the cafeteria just near the main entrance is always fully equipped and the employee at the counter is very professional and polite),technology and the necessary co-ordination as required by a major surgery/treatment. Hope they keep raising the bar and be at their best as they currently are, always.

This new hospital , though not very familiar to the Kolkata & West Bengal people so far , yet it is a very good hospital for treatment. The doctors and their support staff are very good and cordial. The overall system is also very good. The ambience is also very nice. They take great care to their patients. I was treated by Dr. Rajib Sharan, Head and Neck oncology Surgeon. What a nice and efficient doctor he is ! Many many thanks to him. .A very good hospital.People may go there for treatment without any hesitation.

I had very good experiences in HCG hospitals. Initially we visited HCG Bengaluru and found their services to be friendly and efficient. Then when we moved to kolkata, we visited the branch in Newtown. We were pleasantly surprised that the transition was seamless, they could access all the patient history from their records. I have found our treating oncologist Dr. Chandrani Mallick to be highly professional, friendly and readily accessible. She has been very helpful during admissions and always been thoughtful about patient needs, especially during the COVID waves. I would also mention Ms Preety, who helped us a lot with cashless and other insurance claims.

This is a very good hospital. They are doing a really very nice work by giving free checkup to woman and educating them about breast cancer and cervical cancer. All the staff members are polite and helpful specially Payal bhowmick, she helped me alot. Doctors were giving time to there patient .Total environment is very clean and sanitized.
