★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service along with unprofessional staff. Donot have manners to talk. Delivery boy/person never bring the weighing balance. You will always find some gas is taken out tactfully , retaining the partially torn seal. Caught several times. Even the agency is not responding to the complain.

He helped me when my cylinder was exhausted and I need to get a refill cylinder but due to change in address I can't, so I called the number via Google search and he understand my concern and delivered it to the new address with one condition that I have to submit the address change document next day which I believe is pretty ok.

I got my cylinder as well as gas connection same day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to surrender connection, I was having cylinder, regulator and booking book. Was told that I didn't bring original papers so there will be additional deduction of Rs 300 on top of Rs 100 as administrative charges. Complete loot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Guruprasad agency was pathetic. I surrendered my connection with two cylinders on 10 Nov. I submitted 2 gas cylinders, Gas regulator and gas papers. They gave me a paper with refund amount of 2X850 for gas cylinders, 100 for regulator = 1800, They said that they will deduct 550 Rs and will return 1250 Rs to me. They said that they don't give cash so I will get amount in my google pay in 1 hour. I am calling them from that day and amount is not given to me. I am filling complaint in Indane complaint box soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was met this agency for leakage problems of indane LPG gas cylinder. I went to this centre But the receptionist doesn't take any action against the problem and the contractor of the agency took more waiting nobody came and attend. Very low performance customer dealing
