★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t deserve even half a star. They are the biggest frauds. All the three staff who sit at front desk are there for looting people. I had a worst ever experience while dealing with them. Finally I have surrendered my connection and got my deposit back.
1. When you go to apply for new connection they will force you to buy their sub standard poor quality stove at High price.
2. If you deny buying gas stove they will ask you to buy poor quality utensils instead.
3. If you deny they will argue with you and also delay your connection.
4. Gas cylinders delivered at your home will be always under weight ideally the gas cylinder with filled gas should wt. 29.8 kg but they give u cylinders which wt. 25-26 kg as home delivery .
5. At last when you go to surrender connection with say one of the sealed and filled cylinder they tell you if it is under wt. they will not return any money paid for cylinder. Because they already know their cylinders delivered to customers are under wt.
I warn all of you not to go there. These people are real creeps and looting innocent citizens.
Staff 1: Mr. Shinde : this guy is their boss and drives the entire scam and malpractice.
Staff2 : Mrs Shahaz : this lady will talk only in illogical things like - how can you will not buy utensils with new connection you have to buy. Also she will hide the informations
Staff 3 : don’t remember the name but she is also an equal partner in crime.
Worst of all even if you make multiple complaints about this malpractice to IOCL they will not take any action and your complaint will be closed.
So guys please stay out of this place if you love peace in your lives ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked gas cylinder on March 26th 2020. Gas cylinder was not delivered. When I called them, the delivery boy said that they are not delivering the gas due to lockdown. After 9 days i received cancellation message, saying "Dear Indane Customer, your booking 2-000283803806 has been cancelled due to Returned Thrice"
We are lockdown in house, no one comes to deliver and report fake reason.
Other gas company is delivering at our neibour, except kubera Indane gas agency.
How do we cook? Need to eat and drink air?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetically poor service. Employees are completely ignorant and extremely rude. Force and pressurize us to buy supplementary stuff in kit we really don't need. It is a grave mistake to step in this gas agency. Other gas agencies are much more preferable to this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cylinder vender..always give difective cylinder.. leaking every time...then they ask to call service man..who..ask for.. Unpredictable money..which is not related to over fault.. problem was always in their defective cylinders. They make this..type of fooling business....for.. Cheating customers...please beware before buying new connection from this agency. I will post this to all social media feild and complaint to.. Consumer forum also.
