★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RUDE consultancy I would say about this firm. PLEASE STRICTLY STAY AWAY from opting service from this firm. I opted for TDS filing service from this firm for which they had already taken the entire service charge in the beginning itself. However, before the service completes, they asked for more money and if I don't pay the extra charges, they would stop the service. I was surprised by this because, I have a written proof from their consultancy that they will provide this service till the end without any extra charges. When I provided this proof, they rudely said me that I can take refund but unless I pay those extra charges, they cannot provide me service anymore. It left me helpless because I did not get the complete service and my TDS filing is pending. Since they said they can't provide service and they said me to take refund, so I asked for refund. But then now they started showing their true behavior and replied with chain of unprofessional comments. GOURAV MARDIA is the person from this firm I was dealing with. I have all his rude emails and his immature and unprofessional language he used. I also got the same review about this person from other people who used his service. There is much more to write but I think it's worthless for a person like this. If my review saves even a single person from this service I would be happy for it.
