I was running out of food for my puppy and it wasn't available anywhere in Mumbai - my amazon order was delayed as well. She's a fussy eater and rejects all other food, so you can imagine how stressful that could be. I found it on Petsy and upon request they expedited the order and delivered it within 5 hours. Simply outstanding !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petsy is an amazing company! I recommend ordering all you can from there for how truly they care about every single customer, Their product lines are terrific,
their prices are very reasonable, adoptions their customer service is awesome, easy of ordering and their loyalty program will save you a couple.
I commend them on how they conduct business, We purchase a huge bag food for my dog and the delivery company JUST DID NOT deliver to us cz it was heavy.
That was frustrating! and i wanted to have a word with the founder of pets. An Absolutely amazing lady! Its commendable how being such a large company ,the next day she called me to talk about the issue
and sorted it out just like that and i got them delivered the NEXT DAY!
I have been dealing with online shopping forever and i DONT think anyone takes care of their customer like this! I mean, how many times did you all see the founders step-in?
Apart from that, i feel Petsy is a very genuine company with lots good intensions and really nice people working behind it! You just know! :)

The collars are of really good quality with a good buckle, adjustable length and bright, happy colours. Thank you !! from me and the doggies. The only thing I hope is they don't get stolen ... yes, some people do steal collars :)

They gives a lot of offers with petsy points. That make the products quite reasonable.
Thanks to petsy that premium litter and cat food at reasonable price helps a lot to me to give a good food to my cats.
