★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gym is located very near to deep market. Ventilation is the main problem. Rest the machines are quite good. Helpers and trainers are very active and we'll behaved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked out for 1 year and here is my opinion.
PROS: Friendly and helpful trainers
CONS:
1. Poor maintenance: Machines keep breaking
2. Inadequate equipment. It has no dedicated incline/decline press. Recently broke the leg press machine but instead of replacing, they have removed it.
3. Too small
Basically, it was a good gym but owners aren't catching up with increased clientele. Now, it's cramped and old. They definitely need a bigger property and regular maintainance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Professional trainers and the Ambiance is so decent. Also the nature of All staff members is very helpfull... I go regularly at Gym Asia from all the way to Lodhi Road just because of the quality we are getting at this gym.
Highly Recommended. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No grudges against anyone but frankly speaking never saw such arrogant people ever, no respect for an athlete ,stingy & money minded af! Lastly to top it all up they loose talk with you & will humiliate you incase you damage the gym property by accident. I'm saying all this from my legit unbiased experience
