★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the oldest gyms in Ashok Vihar. The gym does not have the best of infrastructure but is usually synonymous with one of the oldest trainers here i.e. Bobby sir. If we talk about the price, then this gym offers a fair amount of competition to the gyms around. With an average price, the money you pay is only for the good trainers here, you might be well disappointed with the infrastructure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is big and have almost all the instruments for weight training. Although the gym gets crowded in the evening, one can always find his own space in the gym to exercise. The trainers are very helpful (there are total 4 which includes one personal trainer who I feel is excellent) and 4 spotters. I feel the trainers should incorporate trx, battlerope(which are present in the gym) exercises in everyone's regime instead of just making everyone follow only weight training. The fees is also nominal. Would give 5 stars if other forms of training also gets incorporated in exercise regime besides weight training.

I never wanted to give figure n fitness 1 star rating, but I had to because zero star wasn’t an option
Totally unprofessional n third class gym where the owner always takes your money and closes the gym for half the month
And whenever you go to the gym, the owner is busy with one or wo aunties that are there in the gym

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is located in Ashok vihar. It's very big gym with ample space for exercise. All machines are in working condition. Well trained trainers and helpers also there to guide you. Behavior of trainers are also good. If you are looking for a gym with all necessary equipments must join this gym.
