Very nice gym, must attend Aerobics of Vishal Sir and for PT i would recommend everyone is good but Rudresh Sir, Vishal Sir and Hitesh Sir i have seen very good in PT , also general trainer Sagar Sir and Bonny Sir are best.. But i would like to say one point for machines that GYM should increase Cardio Machines

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gym lounge@maningar branch it's very very supper. All trainers are very supportive, supper extra activities# daily different activities like a arobics, zumba,yoga,any many more,. Workout area are very clean. And all machine are working very smoothly , doubles are more than 50kg+ ... M happy to choose gym lounge

Nice atmosphere for workout.
I have taken personal training from Mr. Rudresh Sir, he is well experienced and professional trainer.
After taking his PT, I am building nice body.
He is really technically sound about body parts and professional training in his training sessions.
