★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the services provided by SFW They are very professional and results oriented. My lifestyle has changed and I have reduced a lot of weight after joining. Their machines are original and very effective. Best part is that they probably the best of the trainers, the gym provides extra activities such as zumba aerobics and yoga

I request you to please change your planning and Don't join SFW Maninagar.
I have asked one thier employee to play English songs album so they are making excuses that other member don't understand English songs.
Lastly he played Punjab & Romantic song during Exercise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It deserves only a single star. Ac is always turned off. They have not maintained proper hygeine in washroom. There is no proper lighting facility. The trainers of this gym do not have proper knowledge. Those who have proper knowledge of work out and are finding cheap gyms they should go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not Spaciaious, No Good trainer in the morning batch, AC are always switch off we need to ask that please start AC. Its feel like you exercise in AKhada?. I am very disappointed to there service. No proper diet idea given to new/Bigginer by trainer. I Hope they Will do something Good.. I quit gym in 6month Even pay for A year fees...? go for another gym. #sfwbedexperiance #sfwnotgood #sfwwestofmoney.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biggest Issue is AC. Suffocating Conditions. Giver 5 Stars 2 months back but converting to 1 Star due to this only. Sometimes not able to breath properly. Better it own 4 5 fans. Another problem is washroom facility. Not maintained even. Water tank is not working in washroom
