★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been going on/off to this Gym since 3 yrs now Gym is clean very well maintained Owner trianers like Harsha, Selva are very friendly.
Would like to mention about trainer Manjunath he is very professional knows about personal training has been teaching me boxing since a week now and I say I am really impressed.
Very happy with training sessions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined this gym a month ago and took a personal training from Shivam (trainer at the gym). I have to say this place is amazing. Clean and well maintained environment.
My trainer here gave me a diet plan, made sure I am consistent and thoroughly helped me out with ramping up on techniques etc. and enforced a strict workout routine. Very helpful and dedicated staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a 3 month membership in gymx kasavanahalli, and after one month the gym was closed due to Corona. They had taken money for 3 months and now aren't letting me complete the remaining 2 months. I went to speak to the trainers about this and they refused to answer and kept telling me to leave without even talking to me. Don't join this gym they'll take you for a ride after taking your money.

Very friendly environment trainer are really good, especially I am getting train under Gautam, he is good in functional and weight loss programe,I took personal training for weight loss, from past month and I can see lot of changes in me, so I prefer this gym for people who are looking in this area.

GymX Kasavanahalli has redefined the fitness ....
Pros-
Affordable- we joined in couple package of 15k per annum ..... And has everthing we were lukng fr ... In this price range it is very difficult to get this kind of fitness center
Trainers are cool ... They do not have EGO... Which many gym trainers have ... They teach U and listen to U .. They are not looking for Personal Trainer
And this gym open everyday .. Irrespective of national holiday ...
Cross fit equipments- has many varieties of equipments
Weight training- proper training guide by all instructors ...
Seated calf machine
Very clean machines
Cons-
Sometimes over crowded but it hardly matter if u r dedicated
Nice to have standing calf machine .. I think many gym in bangalore does not have this

My personal trainer Mr.Selva, an enthusiastic and engaging trainer whose persistence keeps me focused and committed. The expertise and guidance he provides through the strength training sessions are amazing. A motivational trainer pushes you to achieve fitness goals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best gyms near Kasavanhalli. Well-maintained equipments along with a hard working staff which sanitises floor mats after every use. The trainers are also very qualified and friendly and very helpful. There's also a whole seperate floor for functional training
