★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fitness is an asset which one cannot afford to neglect in the current situation. It had been a great time from the Day 1, I joined. Running behind work always, the place did motivate to run for myself. The gym has good atmosphere and is well equipped including changing rooms.
The workouts taught here, would let one push further and beyond.
The trainers are very patient and explain workouts with every possible detail. If workouts done wrong, they would explain the impact and in turn correct the mistakes promptly.
Fitness is different for every individual, in my case I was able to lose around 7 kg and most of all I was able to feel more flexible and graceful while I practice my art form.
I would highly recommend this place.
Getting to learn new things everyday, Thank you very much for teaching FITNESS in the right way with a lot patience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muscle Galaxy is one of the best place to work out. I have always feared going to gym. But here it is different. You feel so comfortable working out that you can push your body to do way more. The trainer is so positive and enthusiastic.
The infrastructure is excellent.
