★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They called me at the last moment to tell me that they've cancelled my tickets cause they accidentally booked Mumbai to ahmedabad instead of Mumbai to bhuj. And if i want to go till bhuj, asked for extra charges. Many passengers because of desperation agree to it they know they won't take risks at last minute . This is not cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst HK TRAVEL service, i have informed #MUMBAIPOLICE#. this bus company illegally take some stuff from Ahmedabad Parking , when you ask them what is this is this people carrier or Luggage carrier they say we have to do this...Trust Me all this HK TRAVEL & ARBUDA HK TRAVEL) they are taking all illegal parcels from Ahmedabad parking slot..this can be dangerous i will not suggest any1 to be part of this crime stop travelling via this Buses.
also i would request @Mumbaipolice# to check all their daily buses coming in Mumbai betweet 6:30 to 7 or 7:50 AM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst quality maintained buses plying from/to Mumbai to/from Gujarat. They never clean their seats and I saw a pile of rat like mud stucked adjacent to sleeping seats. Their license should be cancelled.
Even their stops are very vague, in dark places where there is no light for washrooms and getting illegally loading of parcels in bus in luggage compartment.
