★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came across this place through instagram ad. The shop is very difficult to locate. The owner is lacking etiquette, is mannerless and has no work ethic. First time when I went to his place to get my dog groomed, the service was ok. After this I saw their ad during lockdown that they are providing services at home. I called and called and then today after making atleast 8-9 calls this person comes. Promises to come in 1 hour, comes in after good 3 hours after making calls every 30 mins. After that, he says he needs fan/ac to groom the dog. I said just give some time let me arrange. I was arranging and this person just ran away. I mean what work ethic is this? How can you behave like this? If it was taking 5 mins time then please understand you also made me wait for 3 hours and innumerable calls.
DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND THEM after this horrifying experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, their grooming guy slapped my dog irrelevantly. Because of the owner's behaviour only didn't raised the issue to the animal welfare team.
Otherwise I would've dragged them to the legal authorities.
If you visit them, make sure you keep a hawk eye on your pet.
