I BOUGHT THREE DOOR CLOSER
IT STOPPED WORKING AFTER 4 MONTHS ONLY .
BY REPETED CALLING HAFFLE CHANGED THEM IN THE MONTH OF JUNE 2021
NOW AGAIN SINCE YESTERDAY THAT IS 14 TH OF DEC AGAIN STOPPED WORKING
NO AFTER SALES SERVICE
NO MANPOWER TO ATTEND .EVEN REGIONAL MANGER MR NITIN SHARMA KEEPS HIS MOB SWITCH OFF
DO NOT BUY HAFFLE PRODUTS AT ALL
WORST AFTER SALE SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ guys pls dont even think of buying hafele or asko products. after putting your hard earn money it will be waste since the company service department is big cheats. after sales and service is pathetic and you will regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't touch Häfele products. The dishwasher started rusting after just two years of careful use. Have a look at the photographs of dishwasher parts. The microwave buttons work, but you no longer know which is which the description alongside the button has disappeared.
I'm told to contact customer care on WhatsApp. If Häfele were really concerned, they would get somebody to call me personally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Wish, I had bought a Glen or some other Indian brand. The Cooking burners are pathetic... they have never worked properly and keep giving trouble. Igniting the burners is a frustrating task as it keeps sparking but the flame goes off as soon as u leave the knob. It literally takes 10-15 seconds to get this thing on flame. The repair team says, thats the way it works. I have called for help 4 times. got it repaired but all the time I have to digest the fact that nothing more can be done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This design studio is located in Okhla and can be reached only via Google maps. They close by 5 pm so reach early to explore the various products by Hafele. They have multiple options in kitchen hobs- 4 burner ,3 burner ,5 burners with two different technologies. The have brass burners . The hobs are available in white, black frame with 5 year warranty.
Then they have multiple chimney options both with filter and without filter,. They have different colours in black and stone finish.
They have a 260L refrigerator with a big storage capacity
Further their premiums range of Hafele - ASKO is also on display to see and select
They also have dishwasher and induction top too, mixer grinder too
The staff is helpful and guides you too.
There is discount of 40 percent available till Holi
