★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought near to 7000 rupees worth of book boxes online - first there was no communication when they will br delivered- then when delivered one of the boxes is missing and ive paid in full - again no communication. Ive received better service when ordering a 500 rupees item from amazon. Being a designer store doesn't mean they can remain aloof from the customer - im now at a loss of iver 2000 rupees with no explanation. Pkease beware when you order. Im appalled by yhe communication level - i was going to order more but definitley not now i will take my custom where it is valued.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had placed order for 5 cushions on 21/3/2022. I received only four though the bill stated 4. No intimation was given for the fifth one. I have called on customer care, messaged on whatsapp and sent mail. Till date i have not received the cushion or the payment. Pathetic service.
