★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with KILOL I brought a Kurti from them For my friend who lives in Delhi they told Me when purchasing (Mumbai) that if there is a problem in size u can change it in GK but I came to GK for change the size they refused they said we can't change it then what is the use buying from such a brand Kilol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been a regular shopper at kilol for many many years, visiting their Delhi GK 1 outlet and loving the store as well as the products. However, lately I’ve been a little disappointed with them. The shop is like a fish market these days with women and staff behaving as if there is no tomorrow. People are pushing and shouting and the whole place is a mess. They claim it’s due to their basement being renovated, but am not sure how far that is true since the basement is no bigger than the upper floor and the number of women make it seem like they’ll need a whole new store to accommodate everyone. Their product offerings have also changed drastically. They now focus on more Kurta Dupatta sets rather than full suits, and that keeps their pricing low due to which women behave like mad when they come to this place. Their quality is still good and designs still bright and beautiful, but buying experience—Terrible! However, I have to say that at one time this used to be a classy place to shop and get suits/sarees/Kurtis but now it’s no more than a crazy place where both the staff and people are shouting at the top of their voices making it no different than the likes of Lajpat Nagar or Sarojini Nagar. To top that, they have a Whatsapp group which, rather than being a place for sharing new collections, has become a platform where women are placing orders and talking of product availability, leaving other members to read 50 odd messages everyday for no reason. Kilol, I loved your store & products but your ambience & behaviour has seriously disappointed me this time! It’s important that you stepped up to position your brand more sensibly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wide range of cotton and other material readymade kurta with dupattas and matching flowers to be bought separately. Some kurtas were on sale. Also bought very soft cotton face masks as well as packs of incense sticks.
