One thing which bothered me was no proper try room was there to try clothes..
The card swipe machine was not working..
I have to go to the ATM to get the cash..
These things should be addressed so that Ppl coming for shopping should go bk with a good experience..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad experience. Their online service is very poor. They send defective clothes to the customers after that they put the blame on customers. During sale they keep conditions of ‘no exchange’ and send old, faded clothes through online purchase. Not at all trustworthy. One should never buy clothes from Sampada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With the help of superb customer service (very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests or questions) minor currency conversion issues were sorted out in no time. International shipping worked perfectly, with items arriving in less than 7 days (India to Austria). The products themselves are perfect in every way: great quality, fantastic fit, vibrant colors. Bleeding during handwashing did occur but the colors remain as vibrant as ever. I highly recommend this brand and their products. 5 stars deserved. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their online store is a sham. I placed an order but they cancelled saying that they are out of stock. Then never returned my money and just gave me store credit which is valid only for 2 months (which is a very small time frame). If you dont spend within 2 months, your money is gone forever. So beware of their malpractices.
