He was introduced to us by our architect, as one possible contender to undertake the planned extensive project of renovation / new construction at our property in Delhi. As a reference of his capability, he showed us some of the past work his firm had undertaken, which impressed us.
We are please to confirm that we have been very satisfied with the work he did for us. Given his engineering background, he always showed a quick and thorough understanding of the job, and the construction methodology required to execute its varied components. He always reflected an honourable approach to matters of finance and was very clear in regard to the costs and related expenses to be incurred. Given the complexity of doing construction in India, especially the numerous vagaries of the local environment, he managed the encountered problems very professionally. His team of workers were proficient and focused, with a sound work ethic.
