★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased vortex 480 hob (one of the premium kitchen product of hafele) from Vijay sales Mumbai. Installation took a week with lots of follow up. Finally done on 29 Oct 2021.This hob requires press of nob for 5 seconds for flame to remain. All 4 burners trigger the ignition even when one needs it. With in 2 hours of installation two burners cannot sustain the flame when nob is unpressed even after 20 seconds press. Burners are not suitable for Indian rotis (phulka) and burns it up. Cooker handles get the heat from side which is a non existent scenario in local hobs. Zero R&E done for Indian market. Do not buy this product

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its been almost 21 days since the first complaint issued to hafele service center. Till now the issue is not solved. After placing 4 service calls(3 by Whatsapp and 1 by mail) the technicians only visited 2 times and the issue its remains unsolved. Nothing concrete was done to solve the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic After Sales Service. The installation was delayed for a week without any feedback. It is a nightmare to get any technician to visit the house for installation. The technicians do not answer calls and you have to chase them. The customer service center are helpless too.
This speaks volumes about their after sales service and I cannot depend on them for any better service in the future.
Be careful while buying their products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have Experienced very very bad service from Hafele. Within 2 years span, Washing machine brokdown, got it repaired after 60 days. Builtin refrigerator stoped working due to malfunction of printer board, still not repaired (almost 15 days, and not response from service team). Recomedning to not buy Hafele prodcuts till they have the service support and stocks of spare parts in India.

The service team will not assist with any issues you face with your machine and will only want to make money off you, technicians do not answer calls.
My machine was apparently repaired but conked the very next day with same issue after I doled out a considerable sum for repairs. Useless and big frauds.
