★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a 3BHK in Splendora just realised and confirmed with my agent Lodha have overcharged us approx 1.6lak in service charges. To get in touch with these people is a nightmare by phone or email they just send you round in circles and don't want to refund back or acknowledge the same. Poor service and poor standards this builder are nothing but thieves in the industry. You have been warned approach with caution.
