★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very good but owner is miser, I took waxing and pedicure and did nailpolish on my hand to match the color of legs. She charged me 100 Rs. For the same. I would have appreciated if staff had told me this earlier, would have never done nailpaint on hands. Sheer greedy behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst salon in Sector 83 Gurgaon the owner and staff are a bunch of clowns who don't posses even an inch of professionalism and public dealing seems like a roadside vendor has opened the shop in a reputable complex. Beware of these flocks they dont know how to do a simple hair cut and the owner is so brutish and ill-mannered and does not know how to talk to the customer, beware of their fraudulent way to engulf your money as if you do a UPI pay they will say not received and will ask you to perform cash or card transaction instead and will even refuse to give u bill and if you catch them red handed the owner will start using bad language. so stay away from this place if you love your respect and hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked them for makeup service. On call the owner told me that for makeup and simple hair do 2000/- and for advance hair do they will charge 2500/-.
For the service owner herself came with the makeup artist who was hired by her, not working in her parlour. She did a basic makeup that too not in a good way. I have clear skin and fair colour that day only 1 small bump came on my cheek that too was not hidden by her. She din't do anything on my lower eyelash. She didn't even contour my face and the lipstick was applied in the most pathetic way.
For hair she just put a 1 roller on my front hair and did curls. After doing the curls she just unrolled my hair and pinned them on one side.
She din't brought any equipment, no straightener no crimper only curler.
She din't even brought brushes.
After the makeup was done she asked 4500/- from me.
I asked how then she told me 4000/- for ADVANCE MAKEUP (it was worse then the basic makeup, couldn't give finishing to my lipstick after trying 10 times even the owner tried to correct my lipstick, but it looked like she doesn't know how to do anything) and 500/- for convence ( I live in sector - 79 and the convence charges were not told me over the call)
I lived so near by then also they arrived an hour late.
At the end she took 3500/- from me and that was the worst makeup of my life. After they went I corrected my eyes and did contouring and lipstick and had no time left to do anything to my hair.
My husband and my son were their regular clients, then also they cheated me like this.
Won't be visting them ever again and earlier we have advised many to visit them, now won't be advising any one to visit these cheats because there is something called business ethics which is missing in them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there today for Mens Haircut. Worst possible haircut I could ever get. I would not recommend this salon to anyone for Mens Haircut. He did the cut on dry hair, did not even use water spray to see if the style is correct or not. He did the cut like usual barbers do nothing special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad services . Owner is very rude . First they give wide publicity of their salon and after giving so called discounted coupons of rs 1000 . They are not giving services as per their promises. For hair spa they said we should get head wash first otherwise charges of head wash will be charged. I never heard from any saloon that for hair spa we have to get head wash from home only. Cheating customer . Don’t visit this Parlor . Shame on the owner and staff. Waste of money . Don’t don’t visit never

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hidden gem in the Vatika Nexts's shopping complex. The saloon offers a wide variety of services at a reasonable price. The popular combo of haircut and beard trimming was just 300 bucks. The customers are greeted by a warm smile of the reception and are given information about the services offered. The hair stylist are qualified have done courses from reputated institutions. Their work and experience helps you diagnose the issues that you could be facing with the hair and face and they suggest pretty good solutions to common problems like hair fall and low density of hair.
As this is situated inside the shopping complex, you get ample parking and you can sit back and relax while the staff offers their services. A recommendation for the new Gurugram residents.
