★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst salon in gurgaon to get any chemical treatment done to your hair. The hairstylist have no knowledge of hair and take on clients. There is a hairstylist named Ali who suggested kera smooth on my hair. HE BURNT MY HAIR! To such an extent that I had to cut my hair shorter than a bob. I have never had such a terrible experience anywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly untrained and unprofessional staff . Strongly recommend to not go there for a Keratin treatment. Went to get a Keratin Treament and staff dint know what he was doing. Post completion my hair were standing from multiple directions as the guy dint know how to flat iron properly. After telling him where he's gone wrong refused to accept at all instead convincing me that's how it's suppose to be. Absolutely disappointing. It was an embarrassment even stepping out of the Salon. Entire staff there also trying to convince me that my hair would be flying in all direction after a Kertim treatment and making me look like a clown. Least needed was being emphatic towards the mishap and that also was.nit there.
