I was here for full body waxing today...n must say it was one of the best experience I had...the staff here is so professional...cleanliness n hygiene z also appreciable...Miss Noor the attendant today was so nice in her work...the service was really commendable I do recommend everybody to visit this salon

I went for a haircut today, before, my hair were pretty long, below waist, and i wanted a haircut with layers but i wanted length to remain the same and i specifically asked the barber to not reduce the length and just give layers, I told him same thing 3-4 times. He showed me the length he was gona cut, but when he finished, my hair was surprisingly short. I felt so bad. It takes months of care to grow hair this long, barbers in salons need to respect that and not mechanically cut it. Especially when I emphasised on the same. Now my hair is just waist length. I don't know why do they dont pay heed to customer's requirements. Maybe instead of overspending on interiors of salons, pay the barbers, and work on quality pf work. Seriously the guy looked like " I don't get paid enough for this" Okay since I can't reply to owner's comment, I decided to edit my review. No, I won't call you since my hair is already gone, your quality department can't do anything about it. I already made sure that the barber and the receptionist knew about my issue. All they had to say was nothing, the barber kept on insisting that he had not reduced my hair length. Secondly, yes I liked your interiors, when I saw it from outside, it certainly helped create a false image that you at least have decently skilled people inside, but as it turns out, I was wrong. Thirdly, as you already mentioned that you pay your employees pretty well, so I guess the problem is not their salary, rather, the quality of work/employees, whose head you are (sir/madam) . So I think you need a competent person to look after Hair Buzz's quality department. So that next time your barber is professional enough to know that talking to a random person while cutting a client's hair can effect his work i.e. our Hair. And I already helped you with my review, if you are wise enough you'll work on it or else just live in denial.

i visited for my hair transformation.proper sanitization is done.staff is very polite and helpful.all precaution measures were taken by them... i have grey hairs so they do global hair color along with caramel chocolate highlights.this give me a new look.they have professional staff members.so must visit hair buzz and enjoy the service.

To start off the went for my cousin's wedding in chandigarh.. Heard about hair buzz... I would have given them full rating but the one point less is for not getting good product for party makeup... We three visited there and two of us took HD makeup and third person took basic party makeup I was so much impressed with HD makeup full justice to products they have used.. Very nice makeup But i was disappointed with the basic party makeup I was horrifying as I made the person look white powered.. Please do work on your party makeups as well. Else the services was fantastic...

Got a haircut and beard styling from Sam at this saloon, and the service was phenomenal. Rather than pitching for fancy hair treatments like other salons, Sam thoroughly guided me towards the right solution to all my hair problems, thereby giving me the best value for money. I definetly recommend this saloon to everyone for the best value for money service.
