Purely unprofessional behaviour.
Receptionist was very rude. Hair Stylist literally harrased us.
We purchased official coupon of hairmasters and also took proper appointment but their staff misled us and refused to provide the services which were promised in the coupon. They overcharged us for giving the services which were already included in the coupon.
TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED. AVOID GOING HERE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice salon, but nothing extraordinary. Prices are way higher than any other good place. Good for haircut. Cleanliness is very nice. Usually, there is a waiting time. So, prior appointment is suggested. The staff is professional but not very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience. My hair dresser was very rude and he wasn’t experienced at all. They use Schwarzkopf while doing an Olaplex treatment. They don’t even have Olaplex products! Please don’t go if you value your hair.

Bad service, global hair color didn't stayed even a month. Also very costly and got very disappointed by the reception staff as they are fooling people. They don't even value for your money. Didn't even inform about the running discount scheme. Made me pay extra 2K. Bad experience. Also the discount voucher was kept hidden. Also could help but didn't.

After owners response, I would like to tell you well in that case neither I asked for a discount nor your staff informed me about one they are giving on their own. Also I would leave the decision on your customers to decide whether 6000 is discounted amount for global hair color medium length hair. That too my Grey's are visible in less then a month. Sharing pics of all this. I would personally suggest people to not visit this store. Worst service ever and worst customer satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pretty okeyish salon & spa with unjustified prices on their average services. I've availed their hair cutting, spa & facial services. Apart from clean environment & friendly staff, the service quality is quite average, esp. if one compares to the price that they're paying. Salon's location is also very convenient and there's usually waiting. hence, prior appointment is suggested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic and poor quality service. My friend took global hair color service. They are overcharging in the name of brand and providing worst service. Even after spending 6k the Grey's show up in less then 15 days then there is nothing more worse then this. They are fooling people under the name of brand.
She did visited for your honest work and quality but I am sorry to say what she received is shown in pictures. She is not from Chandigarh and specially visited the place on my recommendation, but now I have no other words to describe your sevice. As said this is not what people expect from you.

I got my haircut and I didn’t like it - I gave the hairdresser the benefit of doubt and thought maybe I wasn’t clear. So I returned for a correction haircut, they charged me extra for a correction the second time. Even the second time - It looks like a child cut my hair. The hairdresser styled my hair in a way I couldn’t make it out if it was bad. It looked good as the edges were blow dried inwards. After washing at home I realised everything is badly unevenly cut. Everyone I’ve met has told me how uneven and bad it looks.
To top it off after speaking to the receptionist they gave me numbers of the manger - which NO ONE answered. After that the reception itself didn’t answer my calls. No one has picked up my calls since then. I’m so disappointed- would suggest everyone to stay away from this salon. Earlier it was good now it’s gone really bad. I’m not the kinds to be overly critical or harsh, but this has frustrated me so much, especially since all my calls have gone unanswered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the store a few days back. The experience was terrible. The facial service was very poor and the person doing the facial seemed in a hurry. Initially, I had taken two separate facial services. One for my mom and the other for myself. The slips for the two got exchanged. When the lady told me that you have a O3 + Facial, I told her that I requested for Vitamin C Skin brightening and cleansing facial. She told me that it doesn't matter and its the same thing. How can they charge differently for these services when they are exactly the same thing ? I also paid extra for eye brow trim and hair removal from nose and ears. The person doing the facial told me that she will ask a male colleague to take care of this and that never happened. The reception staff was very lacklustre in their approach. I will NOT recommend this business to anyone. Stay away for your own good !
