★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got smoothening done for my hair from here and within 2 months itself I experienced hair fall for the first time. Also, my hair are getting back to original with no smoothening in less than 2 months time. I had so thick hair earlier and now there are so less hair with no quality.
I so wish that didn't take service just after looking at reviews. I believe most of these are fake because I didnt get anything good out of it. Feeling so helpless about my hair now :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful saloon and spa services.. i have visited last week for my haircut and though my hair texture is really thin and frizzy i wanted them to cut my hair in some diffrent style so that my hair look fuller and fluffy. Then i met their one of the best hairdresser #Atei she is just amazing she gave me a wonderful look with amazing highlights.. I will recommend everyone for this beauty saloon just go once and try their services u will never regret it. Thank you for giving me this amazing look.. All the best

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 2nd visit in my 1st I want to trime my hair straight but my hair was unequal not satisfy nd in my 2nd (I through to give a another try) I want a Bob cut but they mess with my hair nd charge 100 rs extra bcoz according to them bob is advance level cut. Not good at all. According to their rates they service quality is poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading many great reviews I went to get my hair done at Janakpuri’s Hair Cafe. My hair was in need of a lot of therapy and it was treated really well and delicately. In between the treatment and hair cut I decided to get a manicure as I thought the quality service from hair to nails will be the same, I was proved very much wrong. I was told to go for the top manicure as my skin was “dry”. The manicure is only good for the massaging they do with various products but the actual work on nails is probably the worst I’ve ever seen. I was left with horrible dry nails and hands. I removed the nail polish before I left the salon and cut, filed and buffed my nails when I got home, good old Nivea cream helped with the dry skin I was left with. Please whatever you do... do not get a manicure! When I returned for my haircut I stated that I was growing my hair out as I wanted to get it cut next year when my hair reached a bob length. I showed a photo of very long layers and said I wanted something like that. I was given a lot of layers in my hair and the hair that took 1.5 years to grow we’re left on the floor. I’m trying to like the haircut and only hope that when I come to wash it myself I will be able to style it and also like the way it grows out. It’s a somewhat great place for hair but you have to be very specific as to what you want!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went Hair Cafe for the first time and I searched them on google and as per there google ratings, I called them about the deals and the Lady who attended my call was very professional and given me the details about hair Colour very nicely and offer me some discounted packages as well.
So, I was impressed after all this and went there for the hair colour. They have given amazon hair spa, hair highlighting, hair cut and threading in 4999/-
The guy Rahul who did my Hair colouring was very professional and all of the peoples there was actually taking care of there customers.
Which I really felt good. So, thank you guys for the amazing look !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got deal of 199 Rupees for hair cut.. Super deal. Good quick service. Me husband got hair color and hair cut done in an hour. Satisfied. I got O3 facial.. Clean space and relaxing ambience. International hip hop music on. Very close to the Metro Station. Could get expensive sometimes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service and salon ever and I asked for a dark colour with blond hair however ijaz the man woh attent people for hair service (guys he is a worst person to give service in this salon)..... was unable to Understand what your customer ask for at the 1st place then he took hell lot of time to give me a poor colour they will apply a patch to show how it will appear and then deny the commitment. I spend 5000 and visit next day for correction so they denied to correct it and make me pay more which I denied however they said they will talk to there boss who was not available at that time and was not picking any calls of there workers and customer too make false excuses then gave me a wrong number which his boss doesn't respond to and ignore me to give service and said to leave. Bad salon and there workers ever. They lost a customer who was loyal to thee service for years. I dare genuine people to visit this saalon ever and horrible boss skam they offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a worst experience with hair cut at this place. The person simply cut my dry hair without even using water. Also, it was looking so ugly, and when asked to correct the same he started using scissor on front hair flicks which he already did very much short and didn't bother to give shape from behind. No skills at all. I don't know how hair cafe has hired such people's who don't even know the basic thing which is required is to wet the hair first. The next day when i washed my hair, they are like long from somewhere short from somewhere... Horrible service. Also, they have charged me Rs 350 for that poor cutting or trimming..
Whosoever is the owner there, please know it's high time to teach basics to your team.. rather thn ignoring customer's feedback.
Pathetic services, I'll NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO VISIT THERE.
