★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is worst salon i ever experienced, they are frauds, we booked a makeup and they said us one price then after few days they increased their prices, they are not on their terms. Please never book an outstation makeup with them, i happy that we haven’t booked them because they will take advance from you and will change their prices and and play bluff with you, highly not recommended ?

I wasn't convinced to colour my hair at first but after Ravi did the straighting and the colour I was so impressed with the results. He was very polite throughout the process. I have been getting many compliments from the friends here in Australia for my hair.
Well done Ravi and team hairmasters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a regular visitor to HM, Mohali until yesterday. I reachd there fr some service bt had to cancel due to some unavoidable urgency. I requested fr a liner touchup...just to access their mirror to apply my own eye liner...and they had the audacity to say an upfront NO.....knowing that I visit them twice a week....poor customer value. Evn business has some ethics....high time they should mould their B2C dealin patterns ...else days are close when many like me won't mind callin it quits. Happy to go with Tress Lounge...frm today onwards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont get carbon laser here. Tech didnot do the treatment correct way. I got carbon laser in past from doctors and went here today thinking I can get other services as well.
I feel i was fooled. Laser was not done correct way . Tech just did few shots of laser and said this is how it is , but as i got it in past too i knew this was not the way. Wastage of money and time. Save your skin
Waxing was done better.
This salon is good for makeup and grooming services.
Dont get any skin treatments here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make up artist Dimple and hair stylist Saksham were very cooperative and kind. They understood what i want and made sure it was perfect. But I did not like there management. May be they over booked. I was waiting for more than one hour and 15 minutes to start with my make up. Had to remind them again and again that i requested them to be ready by a given time but they did not listen.
