★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have made my hairs worse. I got smoothening keratin done for the 4th time. Previously every time is was perfect this time it is worse than ever. Even worse than my normal hairs. You should not let your new staff do these treatments if they are not well trained.

But there is some issue...I did biotop treatment on my hair, two weeks before my hair was damage but now upper side of hair is smooth but but down side of hair getting rough...what should I do now, need advise
How much I have to pay for bio top treatment if I want to do it again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this place for smoothening.This place was recommended by my friend and to her it was recommended by someone else..so yup many stories about this place and as it was my first treatment with hair I wanted it to be the best and satisfactory.
The place is located on main ring road so no connectivity issues.
All the attendant were good and helpful as well.Each one of them knew about their job.
It took 4500 for mid length hair smoothening and another 1k for specific shampoo and conditioner.
All in all it was clean, good, vibrant place to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted the hair dresser to give me a short straight clean hair cut, that's it( in fact I have been keeping my hair short for years)
I must say this is one of the most simplest hair cut where any hairdresser doesn't have to do any complicated layering or cutting or trimming. At one go, I didn't even get the result and I had to instruct him to give me a clean straight short hair cut which is just the length above my shoulder.
He did it again, but didn't seem to show much interest. Perhaps he is exhausted or underpaid.. not sure.. but empoyer should also slook into this . I came back home which I had to do the finishing part again . It wasn't clean..one parts of the hair grew longer and shorter and I had to trim to stabilize the overall sharpness of the cut just to give myself the desire look as I wanted which the hair dresser should have fulfilled. Disappointed. Earlier my sister went, she wasn't satisfied, then I wanted to give a next shot, neither was I satisfied.. lack skills and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice experience.I have recently shifted to this area and found this salon very clean. The staff is very courteus. Jatin the hair stylist was very good at his work and gave me desired haircut as i wanted. Malti gave very good facial. Mr. Ady , manager of salon was polite and made sure that i had satisfying experience. Overall salon gave 10 % discount on all services making it very reasonable .
