Worst parlour. Took a haircut from this parlour a wk ago. Haircut charges mentioned pias me 900-1200. First told to pay 1200+ taxes on demanding told 900 + charges. Only one hair dresser that too worst with his attitude. Spoiled my hair.

This is the worst salon. I had to go for an engagement and i planned my hairdo to be wavy and bouncy. They made my hair look so bad. At the end of the day my hair look so bad they did tight curls which were not close to what i asked them to do. My hair looked so shabby and rough. My whole look was ruined because of my hair. I don’t recommend this salon to anyone.

I m a regular to this place. Mostly for my hair let it be colour any treatment smootheing keratin Shahid is the guy I m following him since last so many years. He is the best in his work full of concern full of smile and warmth. He and his team are the driving force at least for me.

The Services are good but they overcharged me in the bill. They charged Rs42 extra for upper lip, I did not get that done. They also charged me for a facial worth 2600/- though only asked them for them to do my cleansing worth Rs 1500/-

It was one of my most unpleasant experiences at a salon. I had purchased some coupons from a well-known coupons-site, with which this salon has a relationship. I had booked a hair spa for myself. I was surprised that while one of the other customers was given a steam with a steamer, to me they only offered a hot towel and that too only once. Upon asking the reason behind it, first the staff who attended to me (and who also attended to me at the front desk initially) told me that i had chosen a basic package, which didn't cover this service. Then he made me talk to a lady, who could have been a senior/manager. She turned out to be even more unreasonable than her colleague. According to her, I had dry hair and that's why steamer as well as even giving a hot towel more than once wouldn't have been a good idea. Not only did their reason change from me having chosen the basic plan to my hair being dry, the latter reason was highly unjustified and extremely silly. Dry hair needs more steam for hydration. Because the pores need to open up for better absorption of the nourishing creams that are applied as part of a hair spa treatment. If this is something that a lay person would be aware of, then citing this as a reason could only prove two things. Either the staff at Madonna doesn't know the very basics of hair routine and the very business that they are in or they think that the customers are way too dumb and gullible to know otherwise. There was no indication of the spa treatment that I had bought being a basic one. If it were so, they should have indicated it to make it transparent in the first place instead of misleading potential customers. The lady told me that there is a difference between hair spa treatments and some may go upwards of INR 2500. The implication being that only if you pay four times more, will they offer you something as basic as steam using a steamer. Clearly Madonna salon metes out different treatment to its regular customers and customers who come via third parties, that the salon itself has an association with in order to attract more customers. Most importantly, my experience is a proof of a highly unprofessional culture and the cheapness of the Madonna salon, which cuts corners with regard to something as trivial as offering steamer services. I would not recommend this salon to anyone, who expects a healthy and hospitable treatment and a pleasant experience as a customer.

Very very poor result after smoothening of my hair Mr Rohit & Mukesh both are very pathetic and very bad experience . Don't go to Maddona South x part 2 . They cheat people and use pathetic product. Within one week my smoothening result are very bad. My hair have become worse than before and I have to use straightener to make them look atleast acceptable. It's a request to all don't go guys . I am very disappointed with Rohit & Mukesh both are cheaters . I again visited after one week for showing smoothening result they just said it is only how it looks and didn't accept that they are at fault. I have had smoothening done 3 times before from other salons and with very nice results, so I know how my hair become after the treatment. Never get your hair done from them, they will charge you extremely more than others and the results will be accordingly worse. If you want to save your hair and hard earned income kindly visit somewhere else.

Exceptional service from the staff, truly a welcoming place to all customers. Special request are also catered to here. Prices are also very affordable. When compared to the other salons in the area where you find VIP culture, bigotry and attitude Madonna Beauty salon is a breath of fresh air.

Read such lovely reviews . thought of.givin a visit when in Delhi..but it really was a very bad experience was made to jump one sit to another but I was not attended...felt like I was not taken as a valued customer... although I was told to do so politely. I suggest visit the place only if you're a regular...
