★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hair stylist that was assigned to me at the South Ex Looks Salon was very rude and inconsiderate. I went for a hair wash and blow dry. The staff was very rude and gave me a feedback on my hair in the worst possible way. Evn when I never asked for it. The language and the way they communicate needs to change. Very poor experience. The staff needs to be trained on how to treat customers. Very very rude. Don't think I am going back to them ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There service is too pathetic. I went to them for colour and haircut. Instead of black no. 4 they did brown...even after asking 2-3 times that which colour they are applying. Also, the colour wasn't done properly. Try another looks, and don't go to them ever. Otherwise, you will regret like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally feel like wasted a decent amount on haircut. Came back home and found few cut hair on my face, they didn’t even bother to clean it up. No hair setting after blow dry. Even Tony and Guy includes hair wash, hair cutting and setting post the cut in the package. Anyway that’s not the point. Horrible experience. Never going back.

Very disappointed with the services offered and the extra they charge for something as simple as a hair wash- which should ideally be included with a hair cut with a senior stylist. The stylist assigned- someone called Happy- was rude, did not want to understand the customer and wanted to the give the bare minimum snips required. Charged me for a senior stylist who did the job of a junior. Kept repeating - that much can’t be done. A simple google search tells you want ALL can be done for thin straight hair- these guys just lack the capability. Pls don’t go here-

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stood at the reception for 15 mins while both the managers were having their Breakfast. No body was there to attend me. Roshni completely looked through me and walked passed me when I tried talking to her she banged the door on my face and closed it. She was alone in the room but she kept lying there was a Clint with her. Later when the manager came she asked her if she was free she again lied there was a Clint in the room while she was all alone. I informed the Manager there is nobody in the room and when manager checked she was in fact alone in the room and lying. Completely disappointed by the unprofessional and rude behaviour of Roshni. Please send her back to training. FYI I wanted to get my threading done, which takes hardly anytime.

They asked me would you like to get it done by artist or senior artist with price of 1200 and 1500 respectively. I went for 1200
Some inexperienced lady came who didnt know a thing about fringes. Finally she settles for layers and chopped my hair to half. Now m having straight haircut half of my previous length.
I dont knot what has happened to "looks" the brand. They are keeping some parlour ladies as hair stylist. Better i would have got a haircut from small salon.
This was my worst experience with such a big brand.
Really really unsatisfied

Service is prompt and good.
Though, the concept of differential charges for service by a senior artist is illogical.
Because, as a client one is coming into the Salon for satisfaction in service. The Salon is responsible for providing best service, irrespective of who ever provided it.
