I have just landed at kuwait airport, and I n going to Riyadh will be soon landing in riyadh, what I wanna tell the people who suffer from such a long time cus of covid and we get stucked . From start to end our query was very prompt ,also would suggest a very good tour in future. Always I will give first preference to CLASSIC TOUR AND TRAVELS. They have arranged our 14 days quarantine package to saudi via dubai.They made the itinery of my tour in such a way due to which even a single day we didnt get bored.From the day of booking all the paper work was done smoothly without any issue.The best part was that the team was connected to us by 24*7 through whatspp, so dat we dont face any issue regarding any paper work.Classic tours provided us various customised services for travel to jeddah via dubai.
Our group consisted of 12 ladies and 4 kids.A great place to stay during our quarantine.The ambiance, food and staff was very friendly.They were very helpful as welk. After much research I decided to go with classic travels for a journey from Bangalore to KSA with a 14 day quarantine package in Dubai for my family . Classic travels have a very professional team to arrange all logistics for my family starting from verifying documents, getting required visas, booking 4 star hotel, airport pick and drop , rt-PCR tests and great food for stay in Dubai along with providing detailed instructions to my family on necessary travel requirements. Best part of classic travels is that their team is accessible at anytime 24/7 during entire duration from start to end. This provides passengers a level of comfort especially when family is traveling alone with kids without prior travel experience. I am fully satisfied with services provided to us. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During this Covid pandemic travel to Saudi Arabia had been my major concern with so many strict restrictions and regulations for travel from India.
*Classic Tours & Travel, Mumbai* provided me with various options and customised services with *meticulous arrangements with a reasonable price* fully inclusive for travel to Riyadh-Abha via Dubai in quarantine package. The services were exemplary with dedicated 24 x 7 assistance from Mumbai Airport to Saudi Arabia . Their guidance was perfect throughout with instant communication on WhatsApp . The package covered the Dubai visit visa, Travel insurance, PCR test in Dubai Registration of documents and to and fro Dubai Airport pickup.
The accommodation was 4 star with easy travel access to destinations like Dubai Mall, Bhurj Khalifa and the most happening global event Expo 2020.
The food and catering was OK but can be improved to be more punctual. My whole journey and stay was very satisfactory, hassle free and an enjoyable experience. *I would like to thank the whole Classic team of Mr. Arfaat, Mr Muzammil, Mr. Musavvir and others ( I don't know their names) for their constant support, assistance and care* to make my travel comfortable. And before I forget to mention , the whole process of documentation, tickets and payment was done online without visiting their office.
I strongly recommend *Classic Tours & Travel* to everyone especially *women and families for a safe and wonderful* travel experience to Saudi Arabia.
