★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with them has been the worst. I had booked through them for the Hajj of 2020, unfortunately which got cancelled due to covid. I had paid a booking amount for 11 people as we were going in a group. Mr. Aslam (calls himself a maulana) . I havent met him. All the coordination was done through our friend as I am based outside India and he has quoted us for a package of 21 days. Due to COVID and lockdown, I had been patient for the refund of the amount . However after almost a year and a half I started following up for the refund and the owner gave multiple dates which have passed. So far he has only refunded partial amount and whenever messaged, he responds and gives a different date which he has failed to meet so far. I would suggest do not even think of going through this guy , if everything goes well, maybe he will take u for the hajj or Umra, but incase if due to any reason you are unable to go and the tour is cancelled for whatever reason, you have to forget your hard earned money. A friendly advise.
