★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a neat & clean and calm crematorium maintained by the Halisahar Municipality. Although the compound is spacious enough, but the entrance of it is comparatively narrow and is almost on the Ghoshpara Main Road (85 no.bus route). Only shortcoming of this burning ghat is that there is acute shortage of vehicle parking space. We had to experience it when the funeral of my beloved elder brother was performed here on 02.01.2018 evening.
