I have to call him at least 3 times, then he will pick the phone. he cant speak kannada properly. he speaks very fast and we cant understand. if we ask him to repeat he will hang up phone. Why KSRTC keep such kind of people in their service. they should be kicked off.

Waiting seats are insufficient and in adequate.
Why travels are still depending on him for boarding point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No punctuality. Bus reaches destination by more than 3 hrs late. Bus is in very bad shape. Lot of noises inside the bus. Very bad experience while travelling from Kundapura to Bangalore on 11/09/2019 in route no 2.I will never travel by this bus in future. Please avoid this bus.
