★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived at the gates of Hands For You being absolute mess, I was met with kindness and compassion. I had no idea what to expect and was terrified. I had no need to be, all the staff speak from the heart and have expertise in addiction. I have been given tools to use in the real world and aftercare is available free. The group of people who have been in here with me have surprised me so much - a real mix of ages and backgrounds, we have learnt from each other and given help to each other. I cannot thank everyone enough especially Khalid Sir. I’m living a different man who has his life back, tools to use in the real world and a genuine happiness back in my life - it’s been years since I felt like this! Thank you Rakesh Sir and all the staff at Hands For You, you have saved my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Hands For You Rehab in a complete mess. Had no idea where my life was heading it was totally unmanageable.
Alcohol, drugs and gambling addiction ruined my life falling into depression. Apart from addiction I was suffering from Slipdisc from past 5 yrs which I ignored due to addiction. I admitted myself for de-addiction but i was told that physical recovery was important first then de-addiction will follow. The fact that I'm not from Mumbai made me scared how would I do my surgery without my family here. Believe me, Ashutosh Sir made it all possible for me. He took me for all my check ups, physiotherapy, surgery and follow up just like my family would do. I'm truly thankful to Ashutosh Sir for being there for me.
I stayed at Hands For You for a few months. Wasn't comfortable at the start, I had issues with water restriction. Coming out, I'm truly not the same person I was walking through that door. Suddenly every thing makes sense now and I finally have the tools they gave me to take control back of my life.
The staff are truly amazing and professionalism exceeded all my expectations. Such a great team Khalid Sir and Dinesh Sir who will always find time for you. My room was nice and clean and comfortable and the food was great. Hands For You has truly given me my life back and I will be forever grateful... Thank you so much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, After doing a good research as to where I should get myself admitted for my addiction problem, I found their program for treating addictions being probably the most advanced and comprehensive in Mumbai, so I decided to give it a shot. And they delivered. The team is so kind and compassionate and they really seem to know their stuff. I can't mention every person individually, but I felt all of them would stand out in their respective fields.
Though I came there for treatment of an addiction, they took me to a dentist for a check and arranged other (unrelated) medical check-ups as part of their service, because they found that I had somewhat neglected my health and that this was necessary for my recovery. That really impressed me, as no other rehab I've been to even mentioned that a medical check-up would be a good idea.
Thus overall a very positive and loving experience. I'm living a new life thanks to Hands For You

The staff at Hands For You loved me until I could love myself and taught me how to live without a drink one day at a time. The team are all passionate about recovery as most of them was once like me, which gave me so much hope when I first arrived. I really got a lot of knowledge and a good understanding about the disease of addiction in the group therapy and really benefited from the one to one's also. I am still in contact with them all through the aftercare program they provide and I must say this has been a great help to me.
If anyone is as desperate as I was then give these guys a call !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before arriving at Hands For You my life had no direction or meaning, my father found this treatment center through searching my local area which came with high recommendations. Upon arrival I was made to feel welcome, I felt at ease knowing I was not alone with my addiction.
To be honest, my Rehab journey was a big struggle for me. The strict rules and schedule wasn't easy for an addict like me to handle. It took good time to adjust but at the end it was all worth. Through the time I have been in treatment I have received support and help from Khalid Sir who has always been happy to go the extra mile. Through attending group sessions and activities, I feel that I have purpose and direction in my life. Through the work therapy, I have become independant in life. I don't trouble my Mom for my personal work anymore.
I cannot rate Hands For You high enough and I would recommend anyone who is struggling from addiction to consider coming in for help. Special thanks to Rakesh Sir for understanding my family.
I owe this place my life
